Bundock Street Clinic is a specialist medical/allied health practice that provides a unique service to both mental health and podiatry patients.

Mental Health

Bundock Street Clinic includes a mental health clinic with a team of mental health professionals who provide comprehensive
evidence-based care.

Led by Associate Professor Dr Satish Karunakaran, the expert mental health team comprises psychologists, psychiatrists, specialist nurses and social workers. Together the team can provide a holistic service, operating under a philosophy of 'shared care' with the patient's
general practitioner.

We attend to appropriate risk management as per current practice guidelines and advice, referring General Practitioners carefully on such matters. We do report to the associated General Practitioners about every patient referred to us.

Stressed — Bundock Street Clinic in Belgian Gardens, QLD

Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

We have two doctors on hand who specialise in the diagnosis and treatment of PTSD, with many years of experience in the field. Following a comprehensive assessment of your emotional needs, our doctors aim to provide practical advice and support to all sufferers of the disorder.

Our clinic’s PTSD specialists are available for all sufferers of the disorder, with a particular focus on members of the Defence Force. We also recognise that PTSD does not just affect the person with the disorder, but their loved ones as well. For this reason, we offer support to patient families
as well.
